Where the hours come from
Restaurant and bar names come from the casinos' own pages. Serving hours come from the same pages and from the restaurants' own sites. On October 7, 2026, the facts were checked with the casinos' pages and with official sources. Restaurant and bar hours were checked again on October 10, 2026.
Automated reading is blocked on some casino sites. For Great Canadian Casino Vancouver and the four Gateway casinos, the guide relied on archived copies of their own pages, each one dated. The Grand Villa, Starlight and Cascades Delta dining pages date from July 2, 2026. The Cascades Delta Summit Bar page dates from March 26, 2026. Great Canadian Casino Vancouver's home page is from September 17, 2026, its poker page from May 13, 2026.

How a week is read
Every time shown is Pacific time, exactly as each casino publishes it. When a night crosses midnight, it counts toward the evening where it began. The Asylum pub at Great Canadian Casino Vancouver, open Friday 6 PM to 2 AM, counts as a Friday night.
A missing closing time stays missing. Gordon Ramsay Burger at Great Canadian Casino Vancouver serves Friday to Sunday from 11 AM to close. Those days carry no published closing time, so only the opening hour appears here.
Kitchen hours cover only a named restaurant or bar, and an open floor does not mean a kitchen is serving. Holidays, private events and temporary changes are not covered. Holiday hours should be checked with the casino or restaurant itself.
What stays unknown
At Hastings, Jerome's and Eclipse Lounge have no current serving hours. Grand Villa's Personas Patio + Restaurant + Lounge, Centro Bar and Alpina Bar + Gaming Lounge have none either. So are MATCH Eatery & Public House at Cascades Delta, and Glacier Bar and My Club Eat & Drink at Cascades Langley. River Rock's times for Gordon Ramsay Steak and the Privé Bar's small plates disagree, so no serving hours are shown for either.
The Elements Casino Surrey buffet opens at 5:30 PM on Friday and Saturday, with no published closing time. Cascades Casino Langley's Sunday Brunch Buffet starts at 11 AM, also without one. For River Rock, as for Great Canadian Casino Vancouver, only table hours are published, with no overall casino hours. No distance on these pages is a driving or walking figure; each one joins two map coordinates in a straight line.
